First nations support through Sonder

For First Nations employees, healing and wellbeing are deeply connected to culture, story, community and identity. That's why Sonder partners with Bila Empower, a 100% First Nations-owned and led organisation that provides culturally informed psychological and wellbeing services.

Your first point of contact:
When you reach out to Sonder, our 24/7 Support Centre is there for immediate support and clinical assessment. Our team takes time to understand what matters to you, your circumstances and your preferences.

Referral to Bila Empower:
If culturally specific support or deeper clinical care is something you'd prefer, we can connect you to Bila Empower's network of accredited First Nations psychologists, counsellors and social workers. These are practitioners who bring lived cultural understanding and community-informed approaches to care.
