Scene 8 - Incident ResponseWhat is ‘Help Alert’ and how does it work?

‘Help Alerts’ are an immediate safety feature that allows you and your people to share your location to the Sonder team and flag that immediate assistance is required.

Our immediate priority will be to confirm the members safety and provide assistance both in-person and digitally. 

Can I contact emergency services?

Yes, if you choose to contact emergency services we will be notified that this is occured. We will seek to contact the member and provide additional assistance to supliment the emergency services.

Our Response

If we aren't able to confirm a members safety we will rely on a variety of methods to ensure safety is confirmed. Depending on the particular circumstances we may:

  • Deploy one of our responders
  • Contact a members nominated NOK
  • Contact the relevant security representative
  • Contact Emergency services
