Employee Resource Hubs are an optional feature available with the Sonder service. This customisable carousel of articles appears at the bottom of the app’s home screen and provides quick access to important resources selected by your organisation.
Each carousel contains a series of content “tiles” that can link to things like company policies, employee benefits, or third-party services. It’s a convenient way for members to find essential information in one easy-to-access location.
You can include up to 5 custom items in your carousel. Employees can scroll through these tiles directly within the app.
Content Requirements
Each entry in the carousel is called an item. Each item consists of a title, description, image, URL (link) and URL title.
To set up your carousel, please provide the following for each item:

Carousel title: Up to 30 characters.

Carousel subtitle: Up to 45 characters

Item image: please provide in a 16:9 format, as a .jpg .gif or .png.

Item Titles: up to 30 characters

Item Description: up to 85 characters

Item Link: Each item can only link to one destination / URL. Examples include, for example:

PDFs hosted on the your website

Information / articles on benefits that the you have made available online (Note, if these are hosted on your intranet, the member may need to re-enter their authentication details if they’re not already logged in on the device they have the Sonder app installed on)

Links to third party benefits the employer makes available to members such as rewards programs, financial support, etc
