Yes, Sonder meets the highest security and compliance standards. Your information is sensitive, and we take that seriously. Here's what we do to protect it.

Our security standards:

ISO 27001: This is the international standard for information security. It means we have systems in place to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss and misuse.

ACHS: Australian healthcare quality and safety accreditation. This ensures we meet Australian standards for protecting sensitive health and wellbeing information.

UK Cyber Essentials: A certification that proves we meet core cyber security standards. It's required by many UK government agencies and large organisations before they'll work with a vendor.

Who can see my information in Sonder?
Only Care Specialists who are helping you can see your information. Your employer can't see what you've shared with us, unless the member directly ask us to share something specific.

What if Sonder gets hacked?
Our security systems are designed to prevent this, and we're audited regularly to ensure they work. If a breach ever occurred, we'd notify you immediately and help protect your information. But our track record and certifications mean this is extremely unlikely.
