Our standard onboarding experience will focus on ensuring all the necessary steps to launch Sonder are achieved as efficiently as possible.
Premium onboarding is available to purchase and includes a dedicated onboarding Manager support over a 3-month period to drive change management, helping to increase awareness, embed Sonder into your organisation, and activate engagement. Your onboarding manager will deliver a number of sessions and tools to assist your rollout of Sonder:
Pre Launch: Tailored workshops before launch, covering:
- Project management
- Change management
- Communication planning
- Business lifecycle integration
- ROI measurement - including Voice of team survey
Comprehensive Launch & Post-Launch Support: Tailored training, education, and regular check-ins. In-person support includes:
- Up to 5 education and training sessions
- Activation Competition to boost early engagement.
Continuous Optimisation & Feedback: Fortnightly post-launch catch-ups with your Onboarding Manager for ongoing embedding.
