Troubleshoot Sonder Portal Data

If you have logged into the Portal, but can't see any data, try these steps. Most issues are resolved quickly.

Attempt 1: Hard reset your browser

This fixes about 80% of temporary website issues, and only takes 30 seconds. Sometimes your browser holds onto old temporary files that cause glitches. A hard reset clears these without deleting your passwords, bookmarks or history.

Open Google Chrome and log in via this link directly: Sonder Portal

Frequently asked questions.

I am a new user who has logged into the Portal, but I can’t see any data loading.
This is intentional. We have a deliberate security measure in place that limits new role-level permissions from syncing until every approx. 1 hour. This is designed to give our team a short window to revert access in case a customer adds the wrong person to their Portal. Try again in 1-2 hours.

I have launched recently with Sonder, and can't see any data loading. Or I can't see a specific division/sub-divisions data.
Sonder anonymises data where fewer than 10 people are activated in a unit, so individuals cannot be identified. Division/sub-division data may therefore be missing from breakdowns and filter options. If a division or sub-division isn’t appearing, boost awareness and activation of Sonder within that area of the business/university. Once there are enough activated members, the data can become visible at that level of granularity.
