What Happens If I Leave My Organisation?

If you leave your organisation, your access to Sonder’s services will continue for 30 days after your eligibility ends. Sonder is a product provided through your employer (or educational institution), so access is only available to eligible, active members or those within the 30-day grace period.

What to Expect:

  • 30-Day Grace Period: After your eligibility ends, you’ll still have full access to the Sonder app and services for an additional 30 days. This gives you time to make use of resources, connect with support, or wrap up any ongoing assistance.

  • Ongoing Therapy Support: If you’re currently engaged in therapy through Sonder, your therapist will work with you during this period to transition you to a suitable external provider or support pathway.

  • Access Ends After 30 Days: Once the 30-day grace period concludes, your Sonder membership will be deactivated. You’ll no longer be able to log into the app or access services.

  • Data Handling: Your information is stored securely in accordance with privacy regulations. If you’d like to request removal or offboarding of your data, you can contact us at hello@sonder.io.
