What is the Sonder Portal?

Introduction

The Sonder Portal provides organisations with visibility into how their people are engaging with wellbeing, safety and support services provided through Sonder.

The portal brings together aggregated, de-identified data to help organisations understand trends, identify emerging risks and monitor engagement with the program.

This article explains what the Sonder Portal shows and how it should be used.

What the Sonder Portal Shows

The Sonder Portal brings together insights across three key areas:

Wellbeing
Support demand and assessment insights that help organisations understand the wellbeing of their people.

Safety
Engagement with proactive safety tools designed to support members when they are working alone, travelling or in potentially unsafe situations.

Value and engagement
Adoption and usage indicators that show how the program is being accessed and used.

These insights are designed to support:

  • leadership and governance reporting

  • wellbeing and safety strategy development

  • psychosocial risk management

  • program engagement monitoring

What the Sonder Portal does not show

The Sonder Portal does not display:

  • individual member data

  • identifiable case information

  • individual survey responses

All reporting is aggregated and subject to privacy thresholds.

Insights are directional and should be interpreted alongside organisational context.
