Filters, timeframes and exporting data

Introduction

The Sonder Portal allows organisations to explore trends across different workforce groups and time periods. Filters and timeframes help provide a more detailed view of engagement and support demand.

Filters

Where enabled, data can be filtered by:

Division
A major organisational grouping such as department, faculty or business unit.

Subdivision
A more detailed grouping within a division.

Applying filters updates all charts on the page.

This allows organisations to explore whether trends are consistent across the organisation or concentrated in particular groups.

Timeframes

Dashboards may allow reporting by different time periods, such as:

• custom date range

• monthly

• quarterly

Looking at trends across time is often more meaningful than focusing on a single reporting period.

Exporting Data

Reports can be exported for use in:

• executive reporting

• board papers

• governance meetings

• WHS or wellbeing committees

Exports capture the data displayed based on the selected filters and timeframe.
