Whitelisting our emails
Sonder sends important emails from several domains. If you don't whitelist these addresses, they might end up in your spam folder. Here's how to add them to your safe senders list.
Sonder sends emails for members (account activation, member support replies, feedback response) and customers (customer event invitation, invoicing, accounts information).
Whitelisting makes sure they arrive in your inbox.
Steps
-
Log in to your email system. Access your email account's settings or administration panel. For most systems, this is under Settings or Preferences.
-
Find your whitelist or safe senders list. The exact location varies by email provider:
-
- Gmail: Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses > Create a new filter
- Outlook: Settings > Mail > Junk email
- Microsoft 365: Outlook settings > Mail > Junk email
- If you're not sure, search your email provider's help centre for "whitelist" or "safe senders"
3. Add these Sonder domains to your whitelist:
-
- @sonder.io
- @sondersafe.com
- @member.sonder.io
- @accounts.sonder.io
- @intelligencebank.com
4. Add these specific Sonder email addresses:
5. If your whitelist has a subdomain option, include subdomains as well. Some email systems require you to whitelist subdomains separately. Check your whitelist settings to see if this option is available.
6. Save your changes. Look for a Save or Confirm button to complete the whitelist update.
