Wellbeing Assessment Dashboard:
The Wellbeing Assessment dashboard provides population-level insights from Sonder’s wellbeing survey. It is designed to help organisations understand broad wellbeing themes across their people, identify areas of elevated pressure and inform preventative education or support initiatives.
DASS-21 Dashboard:
The DASS-21 dashboard displays aggregated results from the DASS-21 screening tool. It helps organisations understand symptom severity trends related to depression, anxiety and stress.
Mental Health Support Dashboard:
The Mental Health Support dashboard provides visibility into how members are accessing mental health support through Sonder, including demand volume, priority distribution and psychosocial themes.
Medical Support Dashboard:
The Medical Support dashboard provides visibility into medical support demand and triage patterns. It helps organisations understand medical support volumes, urgency levels and the types of medical themes prompting members to seek support.
Case Management Dashboard:
This Case Management dashboard maps all immediate care cases across case types, priority levels and referral pathways. It provides visibility into where cases are managed, and in some cases, where they are referred to.
Psychosocial Cases Dashboard:
This Psychosocial Cases dashboard displays the number of cases with psychosocial hazards tagged, and insight into what they are. The tags are based on the 14 common workplace hazards identified by SafeWork Australia, highlighting themes requiring further consideration for your organisation's risk and people practices.
